When you upload a medical bill, we process the file to analyze charges and generate results. Files may include PDFs or images. Protected health information is stripped from the input before analysis whenever possible. Files are processed in real time and are not permanently stored.
Email Addresses
We collect your email address to deliver your results and related information.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
How We Use Information
We use your information to analyze your uploaded medical bill, generate your report and negotiation materials, send your results via email, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your personal data.
Data Storage and Retention
Uploaded files and generated reports may be stored for up to 48 hours. After this period, all data is permanently deleted. Data is processed in memory whenever possible. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system can be completely secure.
Third Party Services
We use trusted third party providers to operate our service. Stripe is used for payment processing. Claude (Anthropic) is used to assist with analysis. Vercel is used for website hosting. These providers may process data as necessary to perform their services.
Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. By using this service, you acknowledge that you use it at your own risk.
Your Rights

This service is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
